Managed Services (MSPs):
Global giants in technology business, using the internet/cloud based technologies, create "generic" technology/digital based products and services that not only help us in solving our organizational problems, while informing each other and sharing content, but also facilitating us to create Digital workspaces in Virtual workplaces in which to learn, build upon and customize generic solutions to fit our own use. We kind of curve-out our own territories (workspaces...) .
A digital workspace is a technology framework that manages and centrally controls the elements of an organization's IT assets including applications, data, and endpoints.
A virtual workplace is a work environment where employees can perform their duties remotely, using technology such as laptops, smartphones, and video conferencing tools. A virtual workplace is not located in any one physical space.

Koribisubizo Light Consulting
Koribisubizo runs virtual workplaces and workspaces - tailored to fit individual and very small organizations (teams/households...) - described as "Light Consulting". Charge is limited to a subscription of RWF 1,000 per person per month. Most important output of this workspace is for (KBs - Knowledge base... ) or harvesting, storing and safe sharing of Umuganda information (Content/Data...) that will result into insights when observations, experiments and correct analytical tools are applied.
Digital Products & Services (Docs, Records...)
Organizations, large and small wishing to start their digital journey are advised to work through their administrative, corporate, management, technical and other staff members as Organization Reps to Umuganda (OrgReps) to create teams and groups that harness partial Cloud Provisioning to take advantage of Koribisubizo's Capacity Building and Upskilling programs. For this, organizations would be possessing a monthly registration, and individuals (OrgReps...) participating as teams (Weekly Problem/Solution conversations for all, Strategy for Corporates, Architecture for IT techs and Consulting for Practice experts...), all contributing at least RWF 5,000 per person per week for appropriate third party tools and technologies and/or software services outside freemium offers. Non-contributing & non-registered OrgReps pay the same rate (RWF 5,000) per single day event/conversation.
Capacity for Strategy, Architecture & Consultancy
For large organizations or SMEs aspiring to growth to superior levels of capability..., continuously adopting (Digitizing) and adapting (Digitilization) to the full potential, cloud computing is the nom. With our "light consulting" subscription for individual members, monthly registration for organizations or teams within and staff contribution to tools and technologies, Koribisubizo helps as a Lab or Experimental Unit within their workspaces.
To invite Koribisubizo to collaborate with their staff and their digital principle suppliers (vendors), large organizations and SMEs contribute a monthly fee of RWF 100,000 per month for CD/CI & BizOps Events. This is the only charge to organizations for an Umuganda event/activity.
